    Alleviating osteoarthritis pain.

I'm generally not a big fan of home remedies and wive's tales, but a couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine told me that both she and her mom have been taking apple cider vinegar that helps significantly with arthritis pain. Since nothing else had been working well and I didn't see where it could do any harm, I decided to give it a try. Much to my surprise, it has helped considerable. It's not an instant wonder cure by any means, but after two weeks of taking it, my knee pain is noticeably less than with just the NSAIDS and I am able to at least get back to some level of exercise, which I know will eventually help it even more.

I've heard about apple cider vinegar for quite some time. How much are you using daily?
