    Anatypical meningioma- in the spine? Anyone else ever experience this? Almost no information available online!

      Googling "atypical meningioma" gets a lot of hits--some look authoritative. It doesn't look like there are a lot of discussions of meningioma in the spine. In any case, "atypical" means it is neither benign nor malignant, but in between. There is a study of survival stats that indicates fairly high survival. Around here we usually say that survival stats are always out of date, but they can be used in a qualitative way. Don't believe the actual numbers but think of them as a relative guidance.
