    Any recurrence of nhl

I had my last maintenance drug of retuxin August of 2014. Had main chemo rounds in 2011finishing in August. I was stage IV. Has anyone had a recurrence of nhl? Just wondering as sometimes I feel I am sharing my chest with something again, large B cell was there, and I have shortness of breath at times

Gymmom.....thanks for being there.....gosh I have not had a scan in about 2 years...last blood work was last December. I had so many PET and CT scans that the doctor was concerned because of the damage they can do so blood work was done and it was clear so he released me and I have not been back since....keep in touch and I will as well and you will be in my prayers along with some of my friends are fighting as well

Had 2 rounds of Rituxin, but not for cancer. It was for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Between that drug & methotrexate I got COPD, and I still have the effects from them.
The damage will probably always be in my lungs, and I of course have some really bad things
to say about those two "poisons" as my entire physical life has changed for the worse.

Molly....all the drugs in reality are a poison killing a poison. I had two years of retuxin and after finishing 6 months later was hospitalized for coughing and breathing issues that were intense. They kept me 8 days never figured out what was wrong. Tested me for everything you can imagine from bird flu to COPD but that was not it. Went home with a breathing machine. It is 1 and half years later, no COPD and pretty good accept now some issues with chest heaviness so back to oncologist for testing.
