Anyone here with late stage metastatic prostate cancer, where the anti-androgen therapy has failed?

Bone and CAT scans show tumors of increasing size. What is likely to be the next step in medications?

Lot's of options and treatments these days - Zytiga, enzalutamide, docetaxel, etc. There are I'm sure even some clinical trials going on right near you ay Mayo Clinic. There's no reason to panic there are lots of us out there who are "castrate resistant" which means the hormone therapy stopped working.

I personally have gone through docetaxel and am currently on a clinical trial of Cabozantinib. We all are working to have quality lives while MANAGING this disease for which we have no cure. Take a look at my journey and you might also find MichaelV's journey interesting.

Keep it positive and smile :)
