    Anyone tried prosthetic nipples?

I had been wavering on whether to get nipples reconstructed, tattooed on, or just do nothing. I decided to just do nothing. The scars don't bother me and I thought if I had to get an implant (or both) replaced the reconstructed or tattooed nipple might end up all wonky. I already had the left one replaced and I am not even a year out from surgery.
I found a site that sells prosthetic nipples. It is called Reforma and they are silicone and seem to look pretty natural. Have any of you tried them or know anyone who has? They are pretty pricey and if they are ridiculous (like the rub on ones are) I don't want to spend the money.

I don't have any of the "finishing touches"....because I had rads, my PS told me that I could only do tattoos and then because I had problems he recommended against doing anything...I'm okay with it...in clothes I look good...naked...well thats a different story, but I'm content.....

No, good idea to ask as anything related to breast cancer is expensive. I envy those of you who qualify for reconstruction. No matter our age, we expect to look like adult women and not like some icky side show. Do what makes you feel good.

The Reforma ones do seem to look good. If you do try them let us know how you like them. The Reforma website claims they are often covered by insurance. Interesting.

I ordered them yesterday and I am going to put in a claim with my insurance company. I will update when I get them.

I use Naturally Impressive nipples....these are amazing! I was able to make an impression of my own nipple, so they match really well. They stay on for 3 weeks at a time and I've had it over 3 years, still is going strong!
