Are there programs or organizations that assist or support/donations for oocyte cryopreservation (freezing eggs)?

My girlfriend has unfortunately been diagnosed with cancer, specifically synovial sarcoma. She is 28 years old and has already undergone surgery for tumor removal and will have months of radiation and chemotherapy ahead of her.

She has never had kids but would like to. Unfortunately chemo can almost end the possibilities of this happening, so the doctors have mentioned looking into oocyte cropreservation. This procedure is quite expensive, on top of everything else going on.

Are there any programs or resources that she could apply to that assist with the payment of this? I'm sure this is a long shot, as I haven't really found anything on the internet, but want to exhaust all resources for her and thought maybe someone else who has gone through this may know of something.

I appreciate any information or advice and wish everyone on here the best! As unfortunate as this circumstance is, it has opened our eyes and brought a greater appreciation for life.

    Thanks again.
