Arimidex therapy and zolesta injections - how successful are they?

I am wrestling with the decision of taking Arimedex for five years and zolodex injections for two years. I've read so many posts regarding side effects.

I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma and lobular in situ, er+ and pr+. I was not menopausal at the time of dx.

I made the decision to have both breasts removed. Before removal I had 21 chemo treatments which consisted of Abraxane, adryomyiacin, and cytoxin. The post surgery path report revealed the chemo was very effective. There was no cancer found in my breasts or the 12 lymph nodes which were removed. I had reconstruction in conjunction with mastectomies and am recovering slowly but surely.

I want to get on with my life and I want it to be QUALITY life. This leads to my question . How long do these drugs extend life? Are we talking years or months?
