I decided against aromitase inhibitors since I have already been treated for osteoporosis. Don't want it to get worse. Anyway, I had DCIS, & they haven't been finally approved for DCIS.

Good grief! I obviously messed up. What I wanted to know is how best to live with aromitase inhibitors. I've taken them since January and they are doing a good job of shrinking my lung tumors - but the side effects are rough. Taking them after 6 p.m. makes sure they don't interfere with my job or ability to think - but the bone aches and stiffness and just all over crappy feeling are hard to live with. Water aerobics in warm water over the summer helped but now what?
