Been a while: helping a friend. stage 4 after chemo/proton rad... what’s next?

My dad passed after fighting 2.5 years. I’m helping a friend. He’s 49 and strong. Already did 2-3 rounds of the 4 arm chemo (name escapes me), did Proton therapy ... ca19-9 sky rocketed ... liver and lung Mets. Trials? What Is working for you?

One of our long term pancreatic cancer survivors Russ will maybe have some information for you. I think he is working on 15 years or so survivorship. We wish your friend the best and sorry for your loss with your Dad.

Hello, I'm an oncology nurse and for liver mets he might be eligible for Y-90 radioablation. He might also be a candidate for an immunotherapy like Keytruda. Best of luck to your friend.
