      Here is a really good link. Weight bearing exercises along with walking (strengthens our leg and thigh bones) are what's recommended. Start with what you can do and build up from there. Best wishes!

      Yes. Just get moving every way you can.

      Dont be surprised if you cant do as much as you might expect. Go slow and build up and exercise several times per week.

      You can go to a gym with a physiologist. You can practice yoga with an instructor. You can hit up a swimming pool. You can start out with more walking.

      Have fun as you strengthen.

      When I first felt well enough to go to a gym, it took every ounce of strwngth and resolve I had to go 2 minutes on an eliptical machine. I persisted. I hope you persist toom
