Hey Spratt, here's an article that talks about HL while pregnant. You may find some of your answers here.

I can't say for sure that cancer has prevented me from becoming pregnant, as I had not previously become pregnant in my lifetime. But I can say that my husband and I have been trying for about 4 months, to no avail. My doctor did tell me that there was a chance that the treatment would cause fertility issues, but he did not seem very worried about it, I know most doctors won't see you for fertility problems until you have been trying for a year, but I have wondered if we played the "cancer card" if we could get a diagnosis earlier. Have you had issues with this yourself?

I had Thyroid Cancer. Thyroid controls the ability to hold a pregnancy to term (many miscarriages), so to have a child I needed to make sure my thyroid levels were correct. I have a grown daughter who is awesome (it did take 4 months to get her started). Different treatments can cause problems so this is something to discuss with your oncologist. Take care! Tracy

I was pregnant with my oldest daughter who is now 30, but I didn't know I had Hodgkins.
I had some symptoms, night sweats and itching head to toe with no relief. I was seeing a dermatologist and family doc for the symptoms. The night sweats weren't alarming because I was pregnant and hormones raging anyway.
Six months after my daughter was born is when the Hodgkins was found out.
When I had surgery to remove my spleen they tacked my ovaries behind the uterus to help protect them so I might be able to have more children. There still was no guarantee that I could get pregnant. ( I only had the radiation to treat my cancer).
I had to wait awhile after treatment to try and get pregnant. I know it was at least a few months. It could have been a year. I don't remember. Anyway I was blessed and had 2 more healthy girls! My daughters are 30, 27 and 24.
I know this was a long time ago so I don't know if this is helpful for this current time. I know a lot has changed in treatment in 30 yrs.

Hello, I became pregnant 10 yrs after being diagnosis with Hodgkins and my treatment was radiation only. While I was pregnant I found a growth on my toncil and it was Non hodgkins. A different form of lymphoma. I was already in my 2 nd trimester. The drs said it was safe to have chemotherapy (CHOP) and my son is now a healthy 11 yr old boy! I was unable to have more children, but that might had to do with my age (38). We adopted a little girl from China , she is now 7 yrs old.......
