Does a breast on which a lumpectomy was performed continue to be painful after 25 radiation treatments 2 years post treatment?

My radiated breast continues to be painful while I'm sleeping. Should I be concerned?

I’m 4 years out, and yes! Chest also throbs sometimes around the collarbone, where I had radiation.

3 years out, I still get "zaps" from nerves reconnecting, seroma continuing to resorb, & scar tissue breaking up--especially when my cats insist on "kneading" that side of my chest (always THAT breast) when I am lying down. Normal!
