Does anything work for bone pain?

MRI Wednesday to check on worsening right hip/back pain revealed that the bony mets that was there has progressed more. Difficult to get comfortable. I've been taking opoids and using hot and cold packs, some massage. The pain is just there. Has anyone found anything that helps to relieve the pain?

What has worked best for me is to keep moving. Lots of stretching.

Speak with your oncology office. They can prescribe different meds or localized patches. My mother had a lot of rib pain (multiple myeloma) and it took a few tries for her oncologist to get the situation under control. You need to get some relief.
