For any of you looking for an exercise program that is not hard on your joints, try rebounding. It is done on a”rebounder” exercise trampoline. It’s fun and has loads of health benefits. I am feeling so much more energized, resting heart rate is down and lung capacity seems better.

Thanks for posting. I know for me, getting back to any organized exercise program was hard to do. I work a physical job so it was and still is my primary source of exercise. This would be helpful for people that aren't able to do very strenuous exercising to work back into it gradually.
As long as you're moving it's good!

Hmmm, this does sound interesting. I've been exercising in the pool, and that really goes easy on my joints too. Never heard of a rebounder; I wonder what that is? HUGS and God bless.

@ChildOfGod4570 it is a small trampoline that you can bounce on, run in place on, and I'm sure there are more exercises for it. Here is a link to what they are from Amazon https://amzn.to/2p2RIxW

I have a mini-trampoline but find I can't use it without extreme discomfort. I had a lumpectomy and 21/2 years out still have residual pain. Bouncing is not for me.
