Any advice on how to ease expander pain? It's tolerable, but feels like I have two rocks on my chest which pairs nicely with that dental floss tied around your chest feeling :)

I feel you!!! I took advil for the pain. I made sure I did my stretching exercises in the shower (warm water, not hot) and that actually helped. If you just had surgery, take it easy for awhile. Do small stretching exercises if you can't lift your arms all the way yet. Hope this helps!

Thanks Tomatogirl! I'm a tough broad, but this pain is ALWAYS there and annoying. But hey, we're getting our life back and that is what counts. Hugs!

Hang in there. Once you get the implants, they are so soft. When I had my expanders I asked my doctor to put in only 60 cc's at a time. It took a little longer but I was never in pain. Hope this helps.
