SPF/UPF hats and shirts. Plus, I live like a hermit, due to immune suppression. But, I got some long sleeve UPF T-shirts from REI and Columbia. They are actually quite cool on sunny days. Shop around and they are affordable. I found mine at Academy Sports (online). Free shipping on $25 and free returns.

I'm really using the sunscreen now any time I know I will be outside. My husband who has been the sunscreen police for many years has had three spots on his face removed that were pre-cancer. So now I'm very faithful about sunscreens or moisturizing creams with sunscreen built in. I'm even putting it on the granddaughters when we play outside. As three year old Natalie says: time to put on the Sunscream.

Thanks for posting. It is so important. When I go to the beach I always have a hat, plenty of sunscreen, an umbrella, a long sleeve rash guard and I even have swim capris. I am definitely more aware of being careful in the sun.
