Germ cell ovarian cancer survivors: What have your experiences been after treatment? Do you feel equally healthy as before the cancer?

I know I'm very lucky to be a survivor with very low change of relapse. But I am having a hard time finding what to expect as a survivor. Is it normal that I cannot run as fast or up hills like I could before? It seems like I'm getting sick (cold, flu) more often than I did before -- is that related?

I'm an ovarian cancer survivor but not germ cell related. The first 9 months after treatment I was not up to doing the things I used to do. Since then, I have been slowly getting stronger. Now, at about 1 and a 1/2 years after treatment, I feel as healthy now as before except for peripheral neuropathy in my feet. Chemo drugs can bring down your white blood cells but over time after treatments are over they should build back up for more resistance to colds and infections. Reactions to cancer treatments vary by individual.
