My hair grows really slow, but it always has. I don't think for me that treatment has changed anything.

What chemo did you have? I am seeing a dermatologist due to hair loss with alimpta and carboplatin that could possibly been avoided with cold cap therapy. I lost about 75%. He feels I will get it back as one’s not appear I have ‘scarring’. May be worth a consult.

@brizzjo, some may or may not notice this difference in their hair growth pattern. Also, please realize that just as everyone's cancer is unique for treatment purposes, their reactions may specifically be also unique to them and be fewer for the treatment population. I state this not to diminish the severity of this recognized outcome for you but only to educate with limited responses of a posed question.

My husband lost all his hair during treatment but it grew back in thicker and darker than it was before with a bit of a wave in the back. So now he has less gray hair than he did before treatment.
