I am not aware of a primary liver neuroendocrine cancer. These are almost always metastatic, but in some cases the source of the initial cancer is never identified (occult). I would question the original diagnosis...

I had a neuroendocrine tumor on my pancreas, which was removed with a whipple in oct.2011, in all my research I did not find where the liver was a primary site, mine has mestasized to my liver but the pancreas was the primary.

I have survived 9 years and started treatment last November. Treatment became available within the past year.
