    Has anyone experienced fat necrosis of the breast? Please share...

      Yes, shortly after some fairly extensive breast surgery back in April. It was diagnosed with ultrasound. The largest are was drained with a fine needle aspiration but it filled back up. Treating it with heat and massage reduced it to a very small size and it is not painful.

      Thanks nancyjac, mine pokes me depending how I lie down. It's also very painful at times, I'm talking excruciating pain. Thank god it's not constant I would lose my mind...

      Talk to your surgeon. If it is isolated in one area, it should be easy to aspirate it (can be done right in the doctor's office). Even if it doesn't get all of it, it should reduce it enough to make it so it doesn't cause you pain and discomfort..
