Nioxen didn't stop hair from running away. However, now that I'm done w/chemo, I think it is helping with the regrowth. During treatment, I'd alternate Nioxen & baby shampoo, so it could have been the way I was using it. One thing to keep in mind, since your daughter is just itty bitty -- it DOES sting the eyes. Good luck.

I used Nioxen shampoo after hair loss not related to chemotherapy and I felt like it did help my hair come back a little thicker. I didn't have the total hair loss at that time, just thinning after a bad bout of double pneumonia. I didn't use it after chemo because I was worried about it's harshness, but my hair has been coming back thick without it. I truly don't know if it would help at the falling out stage. Good luck!
