Has anyone that has had a Radical Neck Disection, experienced severe cramps in the neck?

I had one done 3.5 years ago, recently I've started having cramps, some in a couple saliva glands, doc says that's normal, they are trying ot work again. The others are on the side of my neck where operated on. Some cramps will start on opposite side and crawl across my throat. I get cramped so bad I start to gag. Weird, I asked my doc about it last time, just got the usual, that sort of thing will happen.

    Anyone else?

I just had all lyphm nodes out on right side. I have started physical therapy, as I have pain in my collar bone area. Some days very tight to swallow and smile. Have started endema therapy, because I have fluid build up, even though not noticeable outwardly. maybe worth looking into
