    Has anyone two separate 3 days inpatient hospital low dose radiation brachytherapy sessions for stage 2 cervical cancer?

      Janetamy,
      I am an oncology nurse that specializes in gyne cancers and I think that what you are asking is if it is normal for inpatient stays for brachytherapy for cervical cancer. The method of brachytherapy for cervical cancer is called Tandem and Ovoid and generally it does require an inpatient stay. Some women get 5 treatments depending on the need. need.
