I just had surgery three weeks ago today at Prentice! I start chemo Oct 23. The hospital is beautiful and I have all good things to say about it. This is a recurrence as I had ovarian cancer in 2009. I am VERY scared for IP chemo! The staff and everyone have all been kind. I feel like I'm in the best of care with them.

Mari IP chemo is intraperitoneal chemo. The chemo will go directly in my pelvic area with a port I had put in there. I've read what can be expected.
