Have any patients had recurrent colon cancer that has spread only to the peritoneal cavity and not to the lungs or liver?
If so, how have you treated it? Chemo did not work for us and we have had 3 colon resections with 1 using HIPEC

I had IntraPeritoneal (IP) chemo at Memorial Sloan Kettering - not the heated kind. A version of 5FU was used. First I had very careful cytoreductive surgery to remove all visible cancer. That was followed within 24 hours by my first of several cycles of IP FUDR.
