Head nasal congestion after chemo?

Head nasal congestion after chemo?
Any experience head nasal congestion feeling without the actual mucous production? It's like I have a stuffy head but no cold symptoms. Post chemo round 4, day 3. Hydrating with lots of water.

I had the actual nasal production. Tons of it. It was horrific.

I am nine months post chemo and have nasel congestion problems. Nasel passages feel stuffy but breathe fine.Does not interfere with my sleeping.Clearing my throat often due to draining sinuses during the day.
Went to ear nose throat doctor,CT scan clear. He stated( and this is another strike for older age)as we grow older many of us have sinus problems and recommended irrigating my sinuses.Have bought the solution packets, doctor provided the bottle but have not started it yet. Did not have this pre chemo before losing my nasel hairs then growing them back.Tired of clearing my throat all the time so will probably start irritations soon.

Nasal congestion without mucus can occur if there's extra blood flow to that area. DId you have steroids around the time of chemo? That is supposed to prevent that kind of inflammation. Maybe mention it to your doc.
