Help...I need another surgery. I had a double mastectomy and they were able to spare my nipples. I had expanders in for months, all through

chemo and radiation. Finally, 6 months ago they put in silicone implants. Everything looked good. Now, the breast that is not radiated has started to droop and ripple really bad. It actually folds and pinches me. My plastic surgeon wants to exchange the implants (for bigger ones) and pull down and tighten the skin. She will also have to move the nipple. I got a second opinion. He says..no way would he touch the radiated breast, it is really firm and tight. He thinks I should just tighten the skin and use "Alloderm" which he says will make the skin look thicker and will help hide any small rippling. Who has heard or used Alloderm ?? PLEASE i need advice..I want to get this right . Cannot even think about needing another surgery after this.

I had a bilat with immediate recon with silicone gel implants in Feb 2012. I had chemo but no radiation. My left one pulled away from my chest wall and I needed to have it replaced in November. The replacement surgery was very easy. I did not have a nipple sparing surgery, though. Not sure if that would make a difference but the second surgery was a breeze, really. A little sore for about a week then back to normal.
