    Holiday Fun

So, the Holidays are fast approaching. I know it may be a little too early to start talking about Christmas but I'm gonna do it anyway...lol. Holiday Movies. What are your favorites? In my house it's a rule that you watch your first Christmas movie the day after Thanksgiving!! I have to watch the following movies every Christmas (with the exception of last Christmas..cancer...blah, blah, blah) Scrooged, Santa Clause the Movie, It's a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Story. What are your favorites?? Ready, Set, Go....

My dads a Christmas fanatic were already putting up Christmas lights and my dads building our yearly way to complex Christmas village so it's never to early for Christmas. We normally watch the classics like rudough and here comes Santa clause but also elf and die hard get watched a lot :)

My favorites are: Santa Clause, the Movie. Elf, Scrooged, It's a Wonderful Life, and Santa Clause is Coming to Town, I can't think of anymore right now, but I love watching the movies. Oh, yeah! I like the new Disney ones about the little Elves - Prep and Landing! Like Queen_Tatiana says, the Hallmark channel has some cute movies, too. We were just talking about if we're putting a tree up (one cat likes to chew on the tree branches, and it's a lot of work! And I'm a wimp!). I think we will. Really looking forward to family at this time of year (we don't see each other much otherwise).

It's a Wonderful Life (even more meaningful this year)
      Charlie Brown Christmas
and even though it is not a Christmas movie, The Trouble with Angels. The short Christmas and winter scenes in it get me bawling.

I am a Jew and as a kid never really watched Christmas movies, but I do now. I love Elf, and of course, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, Charlie Brown Christmas and A Christmas Story.

I see that everyone has posted some movies that I wasn't thinking about when I started this question.

Queen Tatiana, White Christmas is an AWESOME movie. I must watch of the holiday season.

Greg, I didn't even think about Christmas Vacation. Another great movie.

Modern, I'm glad you mentioned Die Hard. I've always considered is a "Christmas moves". (Have you to use the quotes). Another favorite "Christmas movie" is Lethal Weapon.

Packerbacker, Elf always gets watched in my house. One of my daughters favorites.

Spunky, I don't think I've seen The Trouble With Angels. I'll have to check it out. Sounds like would qualify in the same way as Die Hard and Lethal Weapon.

Nancebeth & Leepenn Grinch is another favorite and definitely a Christmas movie.

HeidiJo, I love the idea of watching White Christmas while wrapping presents.

So many great questions are asked everyday by WhatNexters on so many topics so I feel like there is always room to have as much fun as we can. Maybe ease a bit of the stress from our shoulders.
