    Hormones changed?

For women who are post-treatment, have your hormones been out of whack?

I'm not sure what you mean by out of whack, but my cancer was estrogen and progesterone sensitive so I am taking an aromatase inhibitor which depletes those hormones.

LisaR- I was postmenopausal prior to treatment so the hormone roller coaster hasn't been an issue for me. Honestly, I feel that my regular body temp has gone from 'tropical heat' to normal. I've actually felt cold during this winter. Nice to wear sweaters for the first time in 10 years! Hope things settle down for you.

Chemo put me into medically-induced menopause. No estrogen left, no cycle since my 3rd treatment. Docs aren't surprised.

I feel like mine are out of wack!!... I'm triple negative.. and probably by 3 or 4 treatment no cycle, still nothing back and been done since Nov. 2012 they claim will come back but I don't know. Hot flashes stink! and I feel moody all the time. :)
