Hi hikerchick, I personally check for new quesitons and also look at the 'people list' to see what is new here. If you have suggestions for additional means of checking for newbies, go to the Contact Us page and make a suggestion. The site managers are very good at responding to good ideas.

Thanks. Wish I had more time for this.

Hi Hikerchick, I too would like to see more newbies. I am not so recent, but some cases are very long, or more extreme than mine. I cannot relate. I myself was just diagnosed last Sept 2011. Gone through chemo, and 33 rads. I have stage IIB. I have not had my first follow up. August 2, 2012 I will go for three month check.

You can also set up you account preferences to include a daily update email that identifies new members, new questions, etc.

I get daily e-mail messages that identify newcomers that have the same cancer as I do.
