how do you post an update?

I would like to know how to post an update so I'm not always using the "question" area.....
I just wanted to thank all that responded to my whining.... You are all a Godsend. Thank you very, very much!

Click on "HOME" and then on "UPDATE". Keep in mind though, that people will on see your updates if they go to your specific home page, so if it is something you want a response to, posting it here as a question is really better.

I had a lumpectomy, chemo then M-T-W-T-F x6=30 radiation treatments on right side/breast. My right arm aches almost continuous-not enough for pain medication but enough to know it is there. My last chemo was 9/24/2014. Last radiation 11/24/2014. I had oncology follow up 1/20/2015 (doctor put me on iron med) and another follow up 5/20/2015. I have noticed large areas in my right breast that are very hard (around where lumpectomy was and opposite about 2in each) since radiation. The doctors have said it may take a year to recover. I wonder if the hardness in the breast and the pain/ache in my upper right arm will go away. Others experiencing this/suggestions?
