After a few days, contact your oncologist. He / she might schedule a family meeting to discuss what to do next.

oncotype test to determine if you need chemo or not...it test the gentic makeup of the tumor to determine likelyhood of recurrence of cancer...the dna of the tumor.

Is it a blood test, a scan, a biopsy? There are many different types of tests that are used as tools to help in deciding whether or not chemo would be helpful. If you are asking about the Oncotype DX test, it typically takes 2-3 weeks to get the results.
