How many folks out there who have depression and Breast Cancer take Wellbutrin and Tamoxifen and have not switched antidepressants?

According to numerous articles, and the opinion of many oncologists, the antidepressant, Wellbutrin has been shown to be a deterrent from permitting Tamoxifen to break down allowing it to unction at its' best as an Estrogen blocker. The supposed best antidepressants to be on with Tamoxifen are Effexor (which has significant sexual side effects) or Celexa (which has significant cardiac side effects), so I'm interested, not in a discussion among those who are not involved in this situation, but in those of you who have either made the switch to one of these from Wellbutrin to one of the above named drugs and how you're doing (and whether you've had a recurrence), or those who have remained on Wellbutrin, and for how long and how you're doing and whether you've had a recurrence. Thanks much!

I'm on Effexor, it works pretty well for managing the hot flashes but I'm still not sleeping well and have gained nearly 30 pounds since starting the combo back in October. Sexual side effects? absolutely.
