I am going to try something I saw on Facebook. Take a jar and every day fill the jar with good things that happen . At the end of the year you will have an awesome list of the good things that have happened. Or write one thing you are thankful for each day, either way a positive way to keep track of the year.

I think as long as treatment goes and I get rid of it, I'll be very happy.

Look forward to each day as an opportunity for good things to happen. Enjoy what you do have.

I plan to walk by faith, trusting the Lord..........One Day At A Time! My 4 months of chemo will probably be starting soon. I plan to write a journal of my journey with cancer. I will include the blessings and what I am thankful for daily. I also will include what side effects I am dealing with that day, and what I can do to make myself feel better. .I hope this will help me remain positive even when I am going through the side effects of chemo. I plan to continue my efforts to eat healthy and exercise. I don't plan to write a book, just a brief summary of my day. If I can focus on the good in my life, it will make me happy.
