• Humidifier?

Asked by DanielD on Thursday, February 7, 2019

Beginning to get dried, crusty in nose and getting very sensitive to heat of forced air.
Would something like a cool mist humidifier help?

I also use Ayr Saline Nasal Gel at least twice a day.

Thanks for the reminder. I keep water jars on the radiators I can get to but not the ones in hubby's room. I do have a cool mist humidifier for him since he ended up in the ER about this time last year with a bad nose bleed. Time to put this baby to work.

I use peppermint essential oil in a diffuser and it seems to keep my sinuses from getting too dried out. Also Vicks vapor oil in a humidifier seems to help.
