I am one year post-treatment for triple-negative stage 2B ductal sarcoma...today I was told I have localized recurrence.

This new cancer, in my opinion, appears to be Inflammatory Breast Cancer, but no official confirmation yet. I had neoadjuvant AC/Taxol chemo, bilateral mastectomy and 25 radiation treatments and thought/hoped/prayed that I was finished but apparently not. Anyone else experience this and what was your treatment?

If this is a sarcoma recurrence then make sure you are consulting with a doctor who is a sarcoma specialist. Local recurrence of sarcoma is common.
