I have had 2 condyloma excisions in 4 months. What's Next?

I just had my second surgery for condyloma excision. I was diagnosed in April and had my first surgery in May. The condylomas came back and I had my second surgery on August 29th. My anal pap smear showed LSIL and ASIL but could not rule out HSIL. It showed that I have 13 high risk types of HPV. I have a wonderful doctor and I should get my pathology results tomorrow. In peoples past experience. What was next for them. Here is some background on me. I am 41 years old, gay HIV positive male. I have been HIV positive since 2000. Undetectable with a CD4 hovering around 700-900. I know the chances of it becoming officially cancer is very high. What should I expect?

The surgeries were very painful with a long recover time. Contrary to what people have said, it took almost a month the first time to recover to some normalcy. This second time, I feel as if it may take a bit longer. In some ways I hope that it does finally progress to cancer.
