    i'm having trouble sleeping

Two years in remission after stem cell transplant but having graft vs host issues requiring large amounts of prednisone. This is making it tough to sleep. My doctor suggested over the counter sleep aids. Have tried many (most containing diphenhydramine) with little or no effects.
    Does anyone have suggestions?

      Yes, several.

      Meditation.

      Exercise.

      Acupuncture.

Herbal teas. Some are quite calming and restful to a body.

      (I run a microbusiness with herbal teas via inquiry @ www.etsy.com/shop/rawmaven )

      Best wishes
