    I saw an ad on TV tonight for WalGreens. It said that they had Pharmacists that were experienced in dealing with cancer patients and....

    beauty consultants to help us with the issues we women face when dealing with cancer. Have any of you ever stopped in and asked a few questions?

      I may have to look into that. I mainly use CVS but have tried them a few times and not had the best service. So I may need to try on a quieter time.

      Thought the commercial was so well done! Very honest looking models without hair.eyebrows etc. Hope they actually have made effort for getting extra training. It wasn't just about drugs...it was about living with after affects.

      I think it depends on which store you go into. The Walgreens that we usually go to isn't very helpful at all. In fact, we hated to go there for prescriptions (for my husband who does not have cancer, but I would expect them to treat all patients with respect, kindness, and helpfulness, not just cancer patients). Fortunately, I haven't needed any prescriptions or assistance that they can provide for my cancer.
