    I will finish up 5 years of tamoxifen next year but am still premenopausal so aromatase inhibitors aren't really an option for me. What are some options others have tried?

      What kind of options are you looking for? To my knowledge, 5 years of tamoxifin provides the maximum benefit for ER+ and continuing with it or another estrogen blocker for more than 5 years doesn't provide any additional benefit.

      That's what I always thought but my oncologist told me to wait and see what recommendations come down in the next year. He has had patients opt to have their ovaries removed and then do 5 years of hormone therapy but he does not suggest that at all. I'm just curious what other areas of the country are doing. It seems kind of scary to not be doing anything at all....
