    Marven Allen MacCay gained his wings 7/21/19. He got his wish to be able to stay at home surrounded by his family thank you everyone for your prayers during this time

      I’m so sorry to hear this. I send condolences to his family. He was a strong and supportive presence here, and when I stopped seeing his “still taking a bath by myself” posts, I was concerned, and I know many others here were, too. I wish his family comfort.

      I'm so sorry to hear this news. He was definitely his own person, in a good way, and could actually find some humor while fighting this disease called Cancer. Mrs. MacCay, please accept my condolences. I'll never forget his personality and his classic ending to each post. Prayers from GA.

      My heart breaks on one hand for Marven - how he wanted to live to watch his Faith grow up.

      But, he's whole again and walking on streets of gold. He loved his Lord more than anything on earth - and he's in heaven with Him now.

      I am forever grateful that I met him and got to know him. He was an awesome individual.
