Is anyone using marijuana or CBD Oils for treatment or pain relief for cancer issues?

Ms. Jane has a good piece on our blog today about the differences in them, the types, and legality for them. If you're considering these, take a look at our blog post here> http://bit.ly/2PPEzUt

I just bought CBD oil today from health dispensary and yes it stinks that it's not covered..and as soon as THC is legal here in December I will get the potent high THC product and us both..but will take the THC in suppository form... I don't want to get too high...it's very potent stuff..and if it's taken in suppository form you don't get the psychoactive effects from it..

For a more mellow relaxing mode of pain relief anti-nausea I have friends making me THC sugarfree banana bread and sugar free cookies but it's legal here in a couple weeks..
CBD and THC are mighty in power of targeting and killing cancer cells.. but will also be doing chemo job s hope to cut chemo treatments needed down

I just saw that there is a federal drug that IS CBD oil that is finally being approved for legal use in humans by the FDA.

MJ for apetite and nausea....and helping to sleep on occasion....CBD is great for inflammation and doesn't get you high. Beware of edibles......dose control is tough. A simple puff or two will not XXX up your lungs.....besides, you already have cancer.

I live in the one state that CBD oil is still illegal: South Dakota. The CBD Oil companies say they are legal in all 50 states, but that is untrue.

LonesomeDove. That is a common misconception. In 2017 the SD legislature passed Senate Bill 95 which was said to legalize CBD. It did not, not really. What the bill did was change the penalty of marijuanna to exlude CBD. The bill also recognized CBD oil as a schedule 4 controlled substance in SD. That change greatly diminished the penalty people have when caught with CBD. Finally, and most importantly, the bill as signed into law only legalizes CBD products in SD if they have been specifically approved by the FDA and has been prescribed the doctor. I haven't looked in a couple months, but the only drug that fit those metrics a couple months ago was Epidiolex for use with epilepsies. All other products containing CBD are still illegal in SD.

I happen to write about politics in SD and all the bill that come through Pierre each year. The confusion over people thinking CBD oil is legal in SD has caused a LOT of problems.

I'm looking into it for my mom. She's recovering from a nasty fall and spinal cord injury and has a lot of pain, some nerve pain.
