Is it normal to have muscle tightness and pain in the underarm area and drain site a week after mastectomy

I felt so good for 5 days, and then the muscles in my underarm/shoulder area started to really hurt, and the drain site is also really sore. It's red, but does not look infected or anything. We keep it super clean. The drain will come out on Monday. I'm taking a muscle relaxer, pain meds, warm showers, icing it, but it is really making me miserable. My arm is normal, no sign of lymphedema, just underarm pain, a little swelling there yet. Any advice?
