Is there success with the chemotherapy clinical trial Carfilzomib?

I can't find any results on any studies, has anyone had this?

i'm not sure why you aren't finding the information. When I googled it, I got an extensive list. Here is one result from NIH that includes additional links including a list of clinical trials. The drug already has FDA approval, so current trials are more in the nature of studying whether or not the drug may be effective for additional cancers beyond multiple myeloma.

Let me help to steer you in the right direction. If you want to know the results of a drug trial and specifically for Carfilzomib, just go to the FDA website at www.fda.gov and in the search box in the upper right corner, type in the drug; articles will come up and you will see the data and when it was approved. This is the best place to get the data as it is always available to the public on this site. Best of luck to you, Carm RN.

Thanks Nancy, but I am more interested in actual users who have used it, rather than statistics from companies or health care centers that are trying to make their numbers look good. I prefer straight from the hosrses mouth as to whether or not it worked.
