Lactose intollerant and stomach or colon cancer

I was wondering if there are a lot of folks with esophageal, stomach, or colon cancer who are lactose intollerant? My husband is, and I keep hearing of more and more people with the same type of cancer and lactose intollerant. I was just curious as to the connection.

Since my surgery I can no longer handle dairy like I used to. Seems to sit somewhere and sours. Before surgery I was drinking a gallon every 3 days couldn't get enough? Just have to be careful how much of it I eat or drink.

Yah, I have had lactose issues since I turned 27 yrs. I could only eat a little cheese, drink a small amount of milk, with some other food in my stomach or I'll be Ill. When I was younger I could drink it by the gallon. After my surgery it seemed to be the same, maybe just a little more sensitive to it. At least my yogurt goes well :)
