      Two possibilities....
One - where your treatments are, there might be advertisements. That's how I found my one-time per month support group for young breast cancer survivors.
      Two - google!

      Good luck!

PS - click on resources up at the top of this page... enter your zip code, and resources in your area will be retrieved. Turns out, my support group is listed in there!

If there are no support groups in your area, you may want to try some online groups. Cancer Care Online Support group is a moderated group, usually by an oncology social worker. You may want to give it a try.

http://cancerhopenetwork.org/ -- you can click on "get help" and get paired up with a support volunteer....

      Our matching process is simple.

When you call, you will talk with one of our Patient Services Coordinators (PSC) who will discuss your diagnosis, treatment, side effects and other cancer-related issues. Your PSC will also inquire about your preferred times to communicate with our volunteers. Our PSC will then match you with a Support Volunteer who will contact you within 48 hours.

There is never a charge for Cancer Hope Network services.

      What about this place:

I also found this list, which seems to include some non-breast cancer stuff...

One more I found that appears to have some potential:

Good luck - I hope you find something that will be GOOD for you!

Also... have you considered posting something on meetup.org? Or perhaps through your local american cancer society, you can get some help starting up something... What's your vision of a support group? Men only maybe? Cancer specific diagnosis? I bet someone at American Cancer Society might be able to help you get started....

RIght right - you don't have to do this alone... and I hope you find something that helps you....

      Best wishes
