    Low blood pressure

My father has end stage Parkinson’s disease with heart failure and has been under hospice care for 10 months. He mostly coughs and chokes and breaths like he’s out of breath and now has been having issues with low blood pressure 70/50. How much longer could he survive?

Perhaps your question is better asked as what can be done to allow more comfort to my father?

I agree w/Geekling. Hospice is there to keep a patient as comfortable as possible. Have you discussed prognosis w/the hospice workers? They will often know if a patient is close to the end. My mom had a second stroke under hospice, which took her out in about 3 days.
