MDS with loss of chromosome 7

I am a 59 year old breast cancer survivor of 22 years and have been under the care of a hematologist for 5 years now since my blood counts were off 5 years ago. As of the last year my WBC and neutrophils have dropped to a critical level. In the last 5 years I have had 3 bone marrow biopsies with the last one showing definitive MDS with abnormal chromosome 7. My doctor says I am a candidate for a BMT and is sending me to UCSD for a second opinion. This was Jan 3, and I am still waiting for that appointment but in the meantime the googling is killing me. Chromosome 7 (monosomy 7) puts me in a poor prognosis category in every IPSS-R scoring system. Anyone have a karotype abnormality involving chromosome 7?

20q deletion here. A stem cell transplant eradicated what was left of it.
