Medical Marijuana and CBD Oils - Have you used either to help with side effects of treatments?

What are your thoughts, do either of them help? Just a little bit, helps a lot, or couldn't tell a difference? We would like to hear your real world experiences and results. Thanks for your input on this.

I have a friend that swears by CBD oils, he says it helps with bone and joint pains.

I just got some CBD butter for my husband's knees. He had knee replacement surgery last year, but they aren't totally pain free yet. He just rubs a little bit at the top of the incision line (where it still hurts) once a day. I'm a believer now.

Yes, I used cannabis in the early days of chemo to help with appetite. Everything tasted terrible, there were days I was lucky to take in 200 calories if any, at all. It helped with nausea as well. I have used it for years for insomnia but during chemo I used it during the day for appetite stimulation, I don't use it during the daytime now but still use it for insomnia at night. I tried CBD oil but it didn't do anything for me.
