MetaNX may help prevent neuropathy during chemotherapy

I took MetaNAx twice a day during taxol treatments I did not get neuropathy. I heard it helped others too. also it may help treat neuropathy if you already developedit.
Highly recommend to start one week before taxol and continue all trough the course to prevent neuropathy

Just because you didn't get CIPN doesn't mean some supplement prevented it. Most people don't get it regardless. Metanx is a B vitamin supplement primarily marketed to treat foot ulcers from diabetes.

My oncologist mentioned that there were some exciting clinical trials on something new coming out for the neuropathy problem. She didn't say what the drug was, or when it was expected to be available. This is really a non-answer,,. sorry. I have finished my chemo and won't be at her office for a while. (I hope)..
